The Leader In Me

As our mission is to develop global impactful leaders, student-led conferences are how our school conducts traditional parent-teacher conferences.

Our students practice leadership skills, such as communication, goal-setting, action planning, monitoring and adjusting their progress, and self-reflection. They articulate their goals to their parents and whether or not they have met them and what the process of learning was and felt like.

Next steps and future goals are also discussed at these conferences. As a parent, they have the time to ask their child questions about their academic, as well as their social-emotional progress.

Additionally, the child's teacher is also present to answer any questions as a facilitator.
